In past editions, the ‘’Taoyuan International Art Award’’ has demonstrated remarkable creative vitality and diversity, even within the limitations of previous venues. To further expand possibilities for artistic presentation and to support creative expression in a space with greater scale and depth, the next edition will be held at the main building of the Taoyuan Museum of Fine Arts, providing artists with a more flexible exhibition environment.

The museum’s main facility is currently undergoing essential preparation and construction adjustments. After careful evaluation, the museum has decided to postpone the edition originally scheduled for 2027 by one year to ensure that we can welcome artists and audiences with a fully prepared and thoughtfully refined environment.

Details regarding competition guidelines, application information, and the updated schedule will be announced on our official website by the end of 2026. As the new building and its supporting facilities continue to take shape, we look forward to presenting the next edition in a space that allows for more complete and compelling artistic display.
