It is responsible for the promotion and planning of art education, the publications of art education, museum tours, reception services, and media public relations.
- General Affairs Department
It is responsible for archives, documents, payments, general affairs, property management and information, legal system, research and administration, mechanical and electrical equipment, repair and other matters.
- Accounting Department
It is responsible for budgeting, accounting and statistics in accordance with the law.
- Human Resources Department
It is responsible for personnel management in accordance with the law.
