- Education Department
Matters pertaining to educational activity planning, cultural and creative publication, volunteer and intern management, art promotion and propagation, public relations, and public services as well as the operations of Taoyuan Children’s Art Center.
- Hengshan Calligraphy Art Center
Service pertaining to calligraphy art exhibitions, education and promotion, and museum operations.
- General Affairs Department
It is responsible for archives, documents, payments, general affairs, property management and information, legal system, research and administration, mechanical and electrical equipment, repair and other matters.
- Accounting Department
It is responsible for budgeting, accounting and statistics in accordance with the law.
- Human Resources Department
It is responsible for personnel management in accordance with the law.
